Johansson Likes Her Hourglass Figure

Meet the celebrities: Jennifer Aniston, Tom Cruise, Paris Hilton, Brad Pitt and Vince Vaughn. They’re constantly in the celebrity spotlight and are always followed by the incredibly infamous paparazzi. But how did these superstars rank among Americans? Jennifer Aniston was the most picture-perfect celebrity in the most recent Rasmussen Reports survey of 1,000 adults. Fifty-three percent (53%) think favorably of The Good Girl star. Just 26% declared an unfavorable view. Surprisingly, more women (57%) have a favorable opinion of Jennifer Aniston than men (49%). Coincidentally, Aniston’s present beau Vince Vaughn and ex-husband Brad Pitt both earned a 41% favorable rating from American adults. Pitt snatched a 33% unfavorable rating, while Vaughn dodged further away from an unfavorable rating to 27%. Pitt and Vaughn starred in Mr. & Mrs. Smith alongside Angelina Jolie, who received a 46% favorable rating in our previous celebrity survey—seven points lower than Aniston. Tom Cruise failed to qualify as the top gun in the survey. Only 11% of respondents have a very favorable opinion of him, while another 21% hold a somewhat favorable opinion. The Enough star's first ex-husband, Ojani Noa, agreed Friday to a preliminary injunction that prevents him from going ahead with his plans to pen a tell-all book about his former missus. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Yaffe signed off on the order, ending the need for a hearing that was scheduled for today in which Lopez and Noa's camps were going to duke it out over J.Lo's desire to stop the presses. The current injunction will remain in effect until a non-jury trial is held to determine whether Noa's project should remain permanently out of sight. That particular day in court has not been scheduled yet. According to court documents filed June 23 on Lopez's behalf, Noa was prepared to let loose a barrage of private details, including a recap of his alleged first sexual experience with his ex and other tales of Lopez's "extracurricular" activities. Yet Lopez really loved Noa once, or at least liked the look of him. They met in a Miami restaurant, tied the knot in February 1997 and divorced 11 months later. A Los Angeles judge has rejected Farrell's ex-girlfriend's request to clear the way to release the former couple's steamy, three-year-old sex tape. Nicole Narain, Playboy's Miss January of 2002, had asked Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle to throw out Farrell's lawsuit barring her from distributing the videotaped hookup. Farrell filed his suit last July, claiming Narain and her porn-peddling pals had no right to release the X-rated romp because the 15-minute tape had been for private viewing only. On Monday, Berle denied Narain's motion, ruling there was sufficient evidence provided in Farrell's complaint for the trial to go forward. Berle said it was up to a jury to decide whether Narain committed a litany of transgressions as alleged by her ex, including breach of oral contract, invasion of privacy, violation of common law right of publicity, unfair competition and unfair business practices. The judge also rejected Narain's argument that her ex-beau's lawyers were making an unsupported copyright infringement claim against the former Playmate. Or maybe conservative Utah activists felt Sundance's decadence had sunk so low, they took matters into their own hands. The correct answer was not quite as provocative. Reitman says that when the "Thank You for Smoking" print was assembled in Los Angeles, the scene — which comes at the end of the second reel but is preceded by a brief blackout — had been accidentally sliced off when the reels were spliced together. The film, which is adapted from Christopher Buckley's novel, premiered at last year's Toronto International Film Festival and was sold to Fox Searchlight in a bidding war and is showing as a Sundance premiere; the movie opens in theaters March 17. Still, Reitman found some humor — and potential box-office business — in the deletion. "There were a couple of thousand people who saw the film at Sundance without the Katie Holmes sex scene," Reitman said. Publicist Confirms Angelina Jolie Is Pregnant
LOS ANGELES -- Angelina Jolie is expecting a baby this summer with Brad Pitt, finally affirming the long-presumed relationship previously only glimpsed on African beaches and in paparazzi snapshots. Pitt's publicist, Cindy Guagenti, told The Associated Press on Wednesday that Jolie is pregnant and that Pitt is the father, confirming People magazine's earlier report. "Yes, I'm pregnant," the magazine quoted Jolie as telling a charity aid worker Monday in the Dominican Republic, where she is filming "The Good Shepherd" with Matt Damon.
